Yes! You can mix sizes (NB, S, M, L, XL) in a single order. Each size requires a minimum of 1,000 pieces, and the total order must meet the 5,000-piece MOQ. This is perfect for distributors who want to cover all age groups.

Absolutely. We specialize in OEM and ODM manufacturing. You can use your own brand name, logo, and packaging design. Our design team can also help you create packaging artwork at no extra charge for orders above 10,000 pieces.

Our factory holds ISO 9001 quality management certification. Our products meet CE standards and comply with EN 13726 absorbency testing. We also conduct regular third-party lab testing for safety and performance. Certificates are available upon request.

Yes, we offer free samples (up to 2 packs per size) for serious buyers. You only pay for international shipping. Samples are sent within 3-5 business days. This lets you test quality and show products to your customers before committing to a full order.

Every production batch goes through a 3-stage quality control process: raw material inspection, in-line production checks, and final pre-shipment inspection. We check absorbency, leakage protection, tape strength, and packaging integrity. A QC report is included with every order.

For standard Cuddledry branded products: 15-20 working days after deposit payment. For OEM/private label orders with custom packaging: 25-35 working days. Rush orders may be available depending on our production schedule -- please contact us to check availability.

We ship worldwide via sea freight (FCL/LCL), air freight, and express courier (DHL, FedEx). For Southeast Asia, sea freight to major ports (Manila, Jakarta, Ho Chi Minh, Bangkok) typically takes 7-14 days. We can handle all export documentation including Certificate of Origin.

Standard payment terms are 30% deposit before production, 70% balance before shipment. For long-term partners with good order history, we can discuss more flexible terms such as 30/70 with documents against payment (D/P). We accept T/T bank transfer and Western Union.
